All our patients are individuals with differing treatment requirements and as such it can be difficult to give an accurate cost for treatment at the outset. For example some patients don’t react as expected to the medication and top ups may be required and not everyone wants additional laboratory culture or freezing
We acknowledge it can be difficult for patients to compare the pricing structures of different clinics for this reason.
As a very rough guide we advise our patients to budget for £5,000 to £6,000 (including medication) for an IVF cycle, bearing in mind that the medication alone can account for around £1,500 of this. This does not include the cost of any investigations and screening, and these may not be necessary if it is not your first cycle. There will be additional charges for optional extras along the way such as freezing any “spare” embryos. ICSI will cost around an extra £500 on top of this.
